Doctors Insoft and Hurst’s highly trained team is dedicated to providing you with a superior level of personalized orthodontic care. Offering over 100 years of combined experience we are committed to caring for each patient as if they were our own son or daughter.
Brittany - Orthodontic Assistant
I have been an orthodontic assistant for Drs. Insoft and Hurst for the past six years. Seeing people come in with crooked teeth and knowing that I had a part in making them straight is very gratifying. Our doctors are great to work with and the ladies on our team are really like my family. My husband, Jonathan, and I have a cute little pug named Lucy. In my free time I enjoy shopping, surfing, training for triathlons, and volunteering with Liberty Baptist Church and St. Pete Christian School.
Candice - Orthodontic Assistant
I assist our doctors in creating beautiful, straight smiles, as well as organizing in-office contests to make our office fun and sending out our newsletters to keep patients and parents up to date. I like creating beautiful smiles and making the dentist office fun and not so scary. We provide high quality care for each individual person and work very well together as a team. I have a son named Nicky and a step-daughter named Joleene, as well as a cat, two American bulldogs, a lizard, and some fish. I enjoy spending time with my significant other, Dave, being outdoors, and watching Gator football!
Christina - Orthodontic Assistant
As an orthodontic assistant, I help our doctors make beautiful smiles that last a lifetime! It is wonderful to see our patients grow and gain confidence as their smiles improve. We are like one big, happy family. I truly love the people I work with. I love my job and the work we do creating beautiful smiles! I have two children, ages 10 and 14, who I spend most of my free time with. I also enjoy cooking, reading, and going to the beach.
Jody - Front Desk
I work at our front desk, making all our patients feel like family and answering any questions they may have. I have been in the orthodontic field for over 30 years and have worked for Dr. Insoft for the past 15 years. I love meeting our new patients and families and helping them achieve great smiles. My husband, Jon, and I have three great pets, Ranger, Zion, and Sprocket. In my free time I enjoy boating, all outdoor sports, gardening, and cooking.
Karen - Treatment Coordinator
Hello, my name is Karen and I am one of the Treatment Coordinators for Insoft and Hurst Orthodontics. It is my pleasure to introduce you to our practice and help you get started on your path to a beautiful smile and good oral health. I am also the Financial and Insurance Coordinator and will help in decisions about your orthodontic investment. I have my Orthodontic Certificate and have over 15 years of clinical experience. I have been working at this office for almost 19 years and I can't imagine a better place to be! Our office is filled with an amazing group of people who are dedicated to helping our patients achieve the smiles they have always wanted. Orthodontics is my passion for this reason and over the years I have met so many wonderful families and seen so many beautiful smiles.
I have a terrific and very handsome husband, Greg and two beautiful daughters, Jessica and Kasey. Jessica is married to Tommy and they have given us the best little grandson, Will. We also have two excitable border collies and we enjoy my daughter's boxer. I have lived in Seminole almost all my life and enjoy all water sports and snow skiing.
I love working with Dr. Insoft and Dr.Hurst. They truly care about their orthodontic team. I am very lucky to work with such wonderful people and feel blessed that I help make a lasting impression in patient’s lives.
Laura - Orthodontic Assistant
I have been an orthodontic assistant for Dr. Insoft for the past 10 years. I love that my job lets me talk to people about how their day is going and what exciting future ventures they have planned. Seeing the excitement of their new smiles when treatment is completed makes me enjoy coming to work every day. I am married to my husband, Josh, and we have two children, Kaylee and David, and a cat named Bowser. I enjoy working out at the gym and running for charity. I am also an officer in the Army National Guard.
Nancy - Appointment Coordinator
As our appointment coordinator, I am in charge of scheduling all our patients’ appointments. With my 33 years of orthodontic knowledge, I am also able to answer many questions and help solve problems for patients and parents. I love observing the personality changes when our patient’s self-esteem and smile have been transformed through their ortho treatment. Drs. Insoft and Hurst are exceptional orthodontists that are very caring. Our team is very fun to work with and I look forward to coming to work every day. My husband, John, and I have four children, two of whom are married, and three wonderful grandchildren. I enjoy going to church, power walking, watching sports, and I am famous for my carrot cake!
Pamela - Clinical Coordinator
As our clinical coordinator and chairside assistant, I help to create a comfortable atmosphere and a positive patient experience. I love the patient interactions I have every day. There are so many different and interesting personalities to get to know! Our team has a great attitude and family atmosphere that creates trust and a lot of fun! My husband, Michael, and I have two children, Donovan and Makenna, two cats, and a dog. I spend most of my free time with my family, boating, and watching my kids’ sports.
Rebecca - Orthodontic Assistant 
I am one of our orthodontic assistants and a dental hygienist. I comfort and support our patients through their treatment of braces or Invisalign® until they’ve achieved a new and beautiful smile. I love watching patients’ personalities transform when they gain the confidence to smile proudly. I am married to my husband, Paul, and we have one son, Jaxson, and a puppy named Winslow. I love spending time with my family, biking, working out, and boating.
Susie - Front Desk
I have worked at the front desk at our Seminole/St. Pete office and been our marketing coordinator since 2005. I enjoy working with and representing our doctors and staff to the community. They are true innovators, caring, and loyal to their staff and patients. We are really like a family here! My husband’s name is Tom and we have two daughters, Madison and Gillian, and a dog named Molly. I spend my free time shopping, watching my girls’ sports, reading, and traveling.
Tanya - Orthodontic Assistant
As an orthodontic assistant, I can be found chairside with patients during their appointments or helping Drs. Insoft and Hurst in any way I can. I like building relationships with our patients and parents and watching their self-esteem rise. I feel good about working in a profession where we help so many people. My husband’s name is John and we have one son, Robert, as well as two dogs, Gunner and Bruiser. I love family time, working out, and training for triathlons.
Terry - Treatment Coordinator
As our treatment coordinator, I am the welcoming committee for everyone who comes into the office. I’m available to answer any questions our patients or their parents have regarding treatment and I try to make their experience in our office as hassle-free as possible. It is great to meet all our new patients and see their smiles progress throughout treatment. I have two wonderful children who I enjoy spending time with. I also like playing golf, gardening, cooking, and exercising.
